Underwood Holiday Apartment is a new refurbished ground floor apartment in the coastal town of Dunoon. A perfect place for a relaxing break, or as a base for touring the beautiful Cowal Peninsula, ideal for a couple or small family.
The well-appointed holiday apartment build features luxury fittings and furnishings. With a modern open plan living complete with comfortable leather settees, an inviting wood burner fire and dining area.
The new, modern well equipped kitchen features an electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge and freezer. The region has an abundance of local produce on your doorstep to encourage creativity in the kitchen.
Featuring a lovely furnished king bedroom with quality linen and towels. The family bathroom includes a walk-in shower, bath, handbasin and toilet.
Note the bed settee can accommodate 1 adult or 2 young children. Maximum guests accommodated is 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children only. Please request if the settee is required at time of booking.

The apartment is secure and located on the ground floor. Guests have access to an outdoor seating in the front enclosed private garden, there is a wooden bench and a table with two chairs. There is also a rear shared garden available for guests.
Street car parking is free outside the apartment building.
Explore
The town centre is only a stroll away, offering a selection of craft shops, galleries, pubs and cafes. On sunny days take a walk along the esplanade or take a picnic while exploring Argyll Forest Park and the famous Trossachs National Park.
For a day out exploring the region visit local attractions including Benmore Botanic Gardens, and historic Kilmun. Explore further afield to Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, Argyll's Secret Coast, the Isle of Bute, and historic Inveraray. It's also an easy day trip to Oban, one of the seafood capitals of Scotland. The region is filled with places to see and things to do.

This apartment is located in Dunoon. Castle House Museum and Newark Castle are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Dunoon Ferry Terminal and Cowal Golf Club. Benmore Botanic Garden and Funworld Leisure are also worth visiting.
