Folly 1 is a Victorian cliff top house offering a spacious, home-from-home holiday accommodation set over three floors. Sleeping 8 guests in 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, ideal for two families or friends sharing a holiday in Port Isaac's picturesque and vibrant fishing village.
With parking for two cars, accessed via a narrow street. A sun deck at the rear and a small patio at the front with wonderful views over the harbour, beach and out to sea. TV and film lovers will appreciate having 'Doc Martins' fictional home & surgery right next door
The house boasts many traditional features with eye catching fireplaces and stunning sea views which are framed by enormous windows. Relax on one of the windows seats where you can watch the fishing and pleasure boats coming in and out of the harbour. The sleeping accommodation consists of a Super king bedroom and twin bedroom on the first floor and a king size bedroom and twin bedroom on the second floor. The elegant sitting room has a cosy open fire for chillier evenings. Port Isaac has become increasingly popular with film and TV crews due to its stunning scenery of course filming of the 'Doc Martin' .
Wander up along the footpath to Lobber Point for a picnic with a sensational viewpoint or buy some local fish from the fish sellers in the village and cook yourselves up a seafood supper to enjoy in the comfort of Folly 1.
