Beechwood Cottage is a beautiful bungalow resting in the village of Blair Atholl in Perthshire, Scotland. The property has four bedrooms sleeping eight guests, made up of a family room with a double and a single bed with an en-suite shower room, a king-size with an en-suite shower room, a double with an en-suite basin and WC, and a twin with a Jack-and-Jill en-suite bathroom. There is also a kitchen with dining seating, a dining room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside you can find ample off-road parking, a front decking and a rear lawn and patio with furniture, charcoal barbecue and summerhouse. Beechwood Cottage is a wonderful family holiday home from which to discover Scotland.

Town: Blair Atholl is a small village located centrally within Perthshire, Scotland. The village enjoys fantastic scenery and is rich in history and heritage. Blair Atholl is home to the impressive Blair Castle with its own private army, the only one in Europe, as well as the Blair Atholl Visitor Information Centre where you can learn of the best attractions in the area, Atholl Country Life Museum and a 9-hole golf course. Nearby attractions to include the Killiecrankie Gorge (3 miles) and the Falls of Bruar (4 miles), there are also a variety of scenic walking and biking routes for you to choose from in and around the village. From the village you can Ben y vrackie and there are numerous munros just to the north of the village. The Atholl Country Life Museum and the famous House of Bruar, Blair Atholl itself hosts a selection of restaurants, cafes and shops to explore.

Located in Pitlochry, this cottage is in a rural area and on a river. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Cairngorms National Park and Falls of Bruar, while Pitlochry Festival Theatre and Temple Gallery are cultural highlights. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with rock climbing, cycling, and hiking/biking trails nearby.
