Dunning is just 4 miles away and has a very popular pub and restaurant. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and yet just 15 minutes drive from Perth. If you are looking for a family get together or just some peace and quiet away from it all, you have come to the right place. Enjoy socialising and relaxing in the large traditional farmhouse kitchen with with a wonderfully warming Aga and plenty of space to sit around the dining table. Next door in the lounge you can spend your evenings reading or watching TV in front of the open fire. Along the spacious hallway there is a large room where brides can get ready for their weddings or can be used as an additional room for relaxing or playing cards or some board games. Upstairs there are great views to be had from all four bright and spacious bedrooms, along with two large bathrooms. You can take your pick from the king size bedroom, the double bedroom or one of the two rooms with twin beds. This truly is the perfect house for entertaining or for relaxed evenings with a gin and tonic in hand. Or if you are coming to stay in the summer months why not enjoy some alfresco drinks and fire-pit barbeques in the peaceful secluded manicured garden.
