About the property
Grindle Cottage is a cosy, semi-detached cottage, set in the grounds of the owners' home, along with two other holiday cottages. Nearby day trips include the cathedral city of Exeter and the famous Jurassic Coast for scenic walks and stunning coastlines.
The space
Step inside this cosy fairy-tale cottage, designed with earthy colour tones and vibrant pops of colour. The exposed wooden beams, vaulted ceilings and stained-glass windows encapsulate the rustic charm throughout.

The cottage begins with a welcoming living/dining room, complete with a three-seater sofa, a single armchair and a wall-mounted Smart TV with a full Sky package including movies, sports and children's programmes. The décor is warm and bright to create a cosy space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Meanwhile, a handy dining table and chairs are neatly tucked away into the corner, providing the ideal spot for delicious meals or a night of card games.

Beside the living room is a galley-kitchen, fully equipped with all the essentials including an electric oven, gas hob, under-counter fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster.

The first of two bedrooms which overlooks the private courtyard features a king-size bed, solid oak furniture and soft linen sheets. The second bedroom is also beautifully decorated and offers a double or a twin bedroom if required.

The cottage is complete with a shower room and WC.

Outside you will have access to a private courtyard, complete with a bubbling hot tub, a four-seater dining table and a BBQ. When the sun is shining, enjoy dining alfresco whilst your four-legged friend safely roams.
