The area benefits from an abundance of local wildlife, fantastic walks and cycle trails and yet, only 9 miles to the centre of Colchester, Britain’s oldest recorded town. Quality fixtures and fittings and have been used in comprising a two-bedroom property that benefits from a modern kitchen and bathroom, together with comfortable living accommodation for three people. Please note that to get to the main bedroom you do need to walk through the second bedroom/landing space. Feel free to make use of the rear patio and sit and enjoy your morning tea or coffee or sit out on the front porch and just take it all in. Pippin Cottage benefits from lots of natural daylight.

The Imperial War Museum at Duxford can be reached in just over an hour by car and if you fancy heading into London, that is easily reached by both car or train, the latter in one hour and 15 minutes from Bures train station.
