Brochure Correction:Please note there will be an extra person charge of £30 for a 5th person using the Zbed in the Broadsmead accommodation.
If you are booking an accommodation with bunk beds, please be advised only children under the age of 6 can sleep on the top bunk. The top bunk is not suitable for older children or adults.
Electricity is by card meter for all accommodations except Aedis, Broadsrest Plus, Broadsmead Vista, Broadsedge Plus, Broadlands Caravan 4 and Rowan Lodge.
This accommodation is in the vicinity of some works which are currently underway. The works include decking installations and landscaping. Any noise will be kept to an absolute minimum, and will be limited to Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm). The area which is being worked on is kept neat, tidy and safe, and there is no access restricted to your accommodation.
Please note that there will be no noisy works before 9am or after 5pm and the works will only be carried out between Monday – Friday.
This location will not allow puppies under the age of 6 months old.
The park only accept dogs in their pet friendly accommodations.
If you have an enquiry for more than 1 pet, this must be checked with the park before confirming. Puppies under 6-month-old are not permitted in any accommodation. Ramps into accommodation are not provided. Laundry tokens can be purchased from the Park Reception (£3 washer, £2 dryer). If you are booking an accommodation with bunk beds, please be advised only children under the age of 6 can sleep on the top bunk, it is not suitable for older children or adults. If more than one cot is required, please check with the park before the booking. Please note there will be an extra person charge of £30 for a 5th person using the Zbed in the Broadsmead accommodation. Food hampers are available for your arrival on request, at a varied price. All hampers must be prebooked no later than 72hrs before your arrival. Bookings are advised for the Quayside Bar and Restaurant, opening times vary depending on the season/day. The Pool and sauna are open to holiday guests and does not require booking. A welcome email will be sent a few days before your arrival with a Pool timetable and other important information’
Please be aware there will be roadworks on the A47 from the 13th September - 15th October and may be travel disruptions to customers journeys (depending on where you are travelling from).
Please note, for the next 10 weeks, Broadlands Park and Marina will be undergoing some maintenance which will be kept to a minimum for the first 3 weeks. Thereafter, this will develop into electric fitting for some areas around the park - the park will maintain their best efforts to keep this to a minimum disruption.
