This cottage is situated near the village of Abergavenny, close to Monmouth, and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
The Barn is a charming cottage located near the village of Abergavenny, Monmouthshire. Hosting two bedrooms; a double, and a twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find a kitchen, and a lounge/diner. To the outside is off-road parking, and an enclosed lawned garden with a slightly elevated patio area. Situated in a lovely setting with pleasant views, The Barn is a unique cottage in a fabulous part of Wales.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, Sky, Nintendo Wii, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking. Enclosed lawned garden with slightly elevated patio. Two well-behaved pets welcome - dogs only. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles and pubs 2 mins walk. Note: Two steps to access the property entrance. Please note: The neighbouring farm does house dogs, horses, sheep and other livestock. Note: No fireworks are to be used on premises due to neighbouring working farm.
