The Cottage at Briarlea wasn’t intended to be a holiday cottage but was in fact designed and finished to the highest standards and tastefully presented with fixtures and fittings of great quality.
Ideally suited for couples, small groups and small families with older children, the property sleeps 6 people in 3 double bedrooms. The family bathroom is one that will create a lasting impression due to the exceptional high specification. For those who like a shower we challenge you to not like this one. The over-size shower rose will most certainly wake you up in the morning. As nice and deep as the free standing bath is, the shower is much more exciting. In the main living areas of the house the features continue. A beautiful kitchen has appliances you would expect to find and, arguably a very important modern feature, a wine cooler as part of the fabulous American fridge/freezer. The dining table will seat 6 people very comfortably.
For the days you’ve been out enjoying yourselves, and if the evenings get a little chilly then the wood burner in the living room with the backdrop of an exposed stone wall will create lovely cosy and romantic atmosphere.. All on the ground floor.
