The beautifully presented, 3 bedroom home is located in the village of Harthill which is halfway between Glasgow and Edinburgh, taking approx 30 mins to Glasgow and 40 min to Edinburgh. Access to Glasgow and Edinburgh is via the M8 motorway which takes around 5 mins to reach by car.

The Space:
The house offers 3 bedrooms consisting 1 Superking and 2 Double beds. All beds will have 2000 spring mattresses and crisp, clean, cotton bedlinen to give you a restful sleep after a long day discovering the city. Each bedroom has plenty of wardrobe/storage space for your personal belongings.

The spacious living room is beautifully furnished with a comfortable sofa and a large 55" smart TV loaded with the full Sky package and Netflix. Perfect for staying in on a rainy day.

The large kitchen has a stove, double oven, microwave, washing machine and is equipped with crockery, cutlery, cookware, serveware, glassware, large fridge freezer, and a 4 seater dining table. When you tire with all the wonderful restaurants and bars that Glasgow and Edinburgh have to offer, you can rustle up a meal in the comfortable surroundings of this house.

There is a good sized bathrooms on the ground floor, comprising of a bathtub, shower, sink and WC.

The house has a mix of ceramic tiles downstairs and carpet upstairs and has central heating throughout.

Another beautiful feature of this home is the large garden with ample decking and further dining space for 4. The large driveway can easily accommodate 3 cars.

Guest Access:
The whole house is available to the guests.

The Neighborhood:
Harthill is located on the A8 and M8 corridors between Scotland's two largest cities, Edinburgh and Glasgow, with the village by-passed in 1965 by the first constructed section of the M8 motorway. Scotland's first motorway service station was also built at Harthill in 1971 and is located a few hundred yards north of the village.

There is a convenience store within 2/3 mins walk from the property and M&S Food 10 mins walk away.

Getting Around:
Glasgow - It is a 7 min walk to Harthill Services from where the N900 bus can be taken directly into Buchanan St Bus Station

Edinburgh - It is a 7 min walk to Harthill Services from where the N900 bus can be taken directly into Edinburgh
