Barn on the outskirts of Stonehaven.
Converted in 2017, this unique barn offers quiet country living & sea views with the added convenience of being near Stonehaven & Aberdeen. The barn boasts four bedrooms and four bathrooms and a luxury copper bath with TV for you to relax in.

Ideally located 5 mins drive from Stonehaven where you can enjoy a number of activities including Golf, Paddle boarding, Dunnotar Castle, great food and many more. The stay is also 15 mins drive from Aberdeen City.

Garden/Grounds:

The Barn has a large garden area and terrace facing towards the sea which is excellent to relax in on summer days. There is an outdoor table & BBQ at the disposal of the guests however we ask that the guests ensure the BBQ grills are cleaned after use. There is ample parking for multiple cars.

The Barn (Sleeps 8):
The open plan kitchen / diner / Living area is the perfect space for entertaining. It is fully equipped with a Range cooker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, pans, cutlery and glasses. There is also a wood burning stove within this area.

The living room / snug is located just off the open plan living area and is very cosy.

Ground floor has 1 bedroom (King bed with en suite) & 2 bathrooms. There is also a utility room & glass corridor/seating area.

The first floor hosts 3 bedrooms.

This vacation home is located in Stonehaven. Stonehaven Tolbooth and Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Aunty Bettys and Stonehaven Outdoor Pool. RSPB Fowlsheugh and The Den & the Glen are also worth visiting.
