The township of Glendale and Dunvegan village are a 10-minute drive where we’ll stocked shops and eateries are available. Drive 10 minutes further and you will arrive at one of the island’s most visited landmarks, Neist Point Lighthouse. Be prepared for the walk down to it, and once down you might be lucky to see dolphins. Whilst over there why not walk to the trig on Waterstein Head - but beware if you are scared of heights!! There is so much to do on Skye, including walking, climbing the Cuillins, boat trips to Saint Kilda from Dunvegan or a more localised boat trip from the main town Portree. The north of the island is home to the dinosaur footprints, the Quirang, the Old Man of Storr, the Fairy Glen and the village of Uig, from where the ferries sail to the outer Hebrides. Beach 9 miles.
Free WiFi

The water is from a spring, well or borehole, and not a mains supply.

Located in Isle of Skye, this cottage is in a rural area and on a river. Neist Point Lighthouse and Dunvegan Castle are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Macleod's Tables and Claigan Coral Beach. Skye Silver Gift Shop and The Shilasdair Shop are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as fishing.
