The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, shared washing machine, dining seating for two people and a sitting room with woodburning stove and TV. There is a double bedroom and a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with seating and off-road parking for one car. Within 3.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 2.7 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
