A perfect place to stay all year round, it's stylish, sophisticated, spacious and bursting with character, situated in an idyllic rural setting but only two miles from the traditional seaside resort of Mundesley and its many amenities.

This beautiful barn conversion has been sympathetically restored with top quality modern appliances, a well-equipped kitchen which opens out into a large open-plan dining/sitting room with a double-sided wood burning stove and french doors opening onto an enclosed garden - ideal to keep children and your four-legged friends safe. There is also a further terrace/ courtyard off the sitting room, a perfect spot for a morning coffee or lunch time and evening al fresco dining. Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, quality furnishings and beautiful bathrooms all help create a luxurious feel. The ground floor has one double bedroom and family bathroom, while the first floor has three en-suite bedrooms: a super-king, king and a twin. The Cart Shed annexe, all on one level (ideal for elderly relatives), with its own gorgeous open-plan living space, kitchen and wet room has a king-size bed.

The coast at Mundesley can easily be reached on foot across the lanes and fields, and from here you can link up with the North Norfolk coastal path. The Norfolk Broads are also close by, making The Old English Barn and Cart Shed the perfect hideaway for discovering all that Norfolk has offer, any time of the year.

Located in North Walsham, this vacation home is by the sea. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Norfolk Coast and Norfolk Broads, while Norfolk Motorcycle Museum and The Straw Museum are cultural highlights. Sim-Air and East Ruston Old Vicarage are also worth visiting. Practice your golf swing on a nearby course, or enjoy other activities in the great outdoors, such as cycling and hiking in the area.
