Clearview Lodge is a wonderful detached lodge situated on the popular Brynowen holiday park in West Wales on the outskirts of Borth, six miles from the town of Aberystwyth and can sleep six people in one double bedroom with en-suite and two twin rooms. There is a family bathroom. The rest of this ground floor lodge contains an open plan living area with kitchen, dining are and sitting area with electric fire. To the outside there is off road parking for two cars and a wrap-around veranda with furniture. Clearview Lodge is a lovely lodge for families or friends looking for a seaside break away.

Amenities: LPG central heating. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, slimline dishwasher, 4 x TVs (one 50” TV) with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Decked veranda with furniture. Shared use of on-site facilities including heated indoor swimming pool, restaurant, bar, shop. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 mins walk. Beach 2 mins walk. Note: There are four steps to access this property. Note: The on-site facilities are open from March-Oct inclusive, pass available from reception at additional cost. Note: Over 16's only. Please Note - Owner only accepts changeover and check out on Fridays.

Town: Borth is a village seaside resort set on the spectacular Ceredigion Heritage Coast, overlooking Cardigan Bay. At low tide there are 3 miles of sands stretching to Ynyslas Beach, which boasts vast sand dunes and the home of the Dyfi National Nature Reserve. Borth offers shops, pubs, a golf course and its own Animalarium, a mini zoo with domestic and farm animals as well as exotic and endangered species - all great fun for the family.

This vacation home is located in Borth. Ceredigion Museum and Silver Mountain Experience are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Borth and Ynyslas Golf Club and Kingston upon Thames - Shepperton Ferry Trail. Camera Obscura and Coastriders Kitesurfing are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with fishing nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with cycling and hiking.
