Grange Farmhouse sits on a stud farm and equestrian centre in Hainford in East Anglia. It has five bedrooms, made up of two king-size doubles with en-suites, a double with an en-suite and two more doubles, there is also a family bathroom, a family shower room and a cloakroom, the cottage can sleep ten people. Inside of the property there is also a kitchen with dining area, a utility, a dining room, two sitting rooms with woodburning stoves, a snug room and a study. To the outside lies plenty of off road parking and a lawn area with tables and chairs. Grange Farmhouse is a charming property in the perfect location for exploring East Anglia.

Note: Horses welcome, livery available by arrangement with owner. Note: The owner can arrange for sailing lessons at the nearby Wroxham Sailing Club; winter shooting breaks on one of the professional shoots in the area and racing days at Great Yarmouth, Fakenham or Newmarket, please contact the owner for more details. Note: No Stag, Hen or similar. Note: The property owner is to be notified if guests wish to invite others to
the property but they must note that children under 12 are not allowed. Note: the property does not have charging stations for electric vehicles, at
the moment, the owner would ask all visitors not to use the electricity
from the property they are staying in to charge their cars

There is a pub and restaurant in Hainford, whilst 3 miles away is the village of Coltishall, known as the ‘Gateway to the Broads’ and has a well known pub/restaurant. The banks of the River Bure are the setting of Coltishall Staithe, a grassed area with pubs and restaurants, a village store/Post Office and attractive cottages
