The cottage sleeps seven people in three bedrooms and has two double bedrooms and one bedroom with three single beds together with family bathroom and separate shower room. Also in the cottage is a fitted kitchen with dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Outside is off road parking for three cars and a private patio with furniture. Situated close to the Pennine range, Holly Lodge is a lovely family cottage from which to explore this delightful part of the country.

Appleby is a major stop on the Settle-Carlisle Railway, which is one of the most beautiful railway journeys in Britain, and still today many of the old steam trains wend their way along this line and over the historic and awe-inspiring Ribblehead viaduct.
