Lower Court Byre is a lovely cottage near the village of Lingen, just five miles from Presteigne. The cottage sleeps five people and has one king-size double bedroom, one twin room with an additional single bed on request, a bathroom and a ground floor shower room. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with breakfast area, a sitting room with dining area and open fire and a conservatory. Outside is off road parking for four cars and an enclosed patio together with large lawned gardens. Situated in the Herefordshire Hills, Lower Court Byre is a lovely family holiday cottage all year round.

Ticknock Mountain Bike Trails and Mortimer Forest are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Shropshire Hills and Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre. The Spaceguard Centre and Westonbury Mill Water Gardens are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling, hiking/biking trails, and horse riding nearby.
