There is a super king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a king-size double bedroom, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a ground floor basin and WC, an open plan living area with kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area and sitting area with multi-fuel stove. There is also a utility room and a second sitting room with a gas fire. Outside there is off road parking for four cars, with further secure parking available at the owner’s garage next door on request, bike storage on request and a courtyard patio and lawn with furniture.

Amenities: Gas central heating with underfloor heating on ground floor, multi-fuel stove and gas fire. Electric double oven, touch ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 5 x Smart TVs with BT Sport and Open Box, CD/radio, WiFi. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 5 mins walk. Property doesn't accept EV charging there is a local Tesco around the corner that supplies car charging.
