The cottage has a double bedroom with a dressing room and an en-suite shower room, a ground floor double bedroom, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom, a ground floor basin and WC, a kitchen with a dining area, a utility and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside is off road parking for two cars, an enclosed, rear patio area with furniture and a barbecue. Bryn Seion is a wonderful holiday base.

There is also a wide selection of amenities in the village as well as pubs, restaurants, shops and a hotel, whilst just two miles away is an award-winning five-star restaurant for something a little more special.
