The ground floor is made up of a large comfortable lounge with French doors to an outdoor seating area, the spacious kitchen diner with range cooker and a large utility room, a second lounge for those quieter moments and a ground floor WC and cloakroom. The first floor has three bedrooms, the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room, a second double room, a single bedroom and a family bathroom (Bath and shower). The second floor has one final bedroom with single bed and slide under single. Facilities include: Full central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, range cooker, combi microwave, fridge, freezer, 7 TVs, DVD player, Wi-fi internet access and garden furniture. Off road parking for 2 cars and secure cycle storage. Bedlinen and towels are provided, heating and electricity are included in the tariff. This is a no smoking property. Sorry no dogs allowed.
