This semi-detached barn conversion is located in the Peak District of Diggle and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Jim's Barn is a semi-detached barn conversion cottage on a farm near to Diggle in the Saddleworth region on the Peak District. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom, one twin and a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking and a shared garden with outdoor furniture. Set in beautiful rolling countryside and with fabulous walking all around, Jim's Barn is a superb holiday cottage all year round.

Amenities: Ground source underfloor heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books and game, washing machine in the shared utility room. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Patio area with picnic table and bench set. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 1 mile. Note: This is a working farm - children to be supervised at all times.

Town: Diggle is a village with a good range of amenities and is well placed to explore the South Pennine region. It is one of seven villages nestling amongst the 18,000 acres of moorland hills, open fields and scenic valleys that comprise the Saddleworth area.

Located in Oldham, this cottage is in a rural area and on a river. Saddleworth Golf Club and Transpennine Real Ale Trail are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Middleton Shopping Centre and Market Street. Consider Picturedrome for a night out or Stonerig Raceway if you're traveling with kids. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours, horse riding, and hiking nearby.
