Brookside is a Grade II listed traditional cottage in the hamlet of Newby near the village of Clapham in Yorkshire. It has four bedrooms including a king-size with an en-suite, a double, and one twin as well as a single eith a pull-out trundle bed as well as a family bathroom, it can sleep eight people. Also there is a kitchen, utility, dining room and a sitting room with a sofa bed and a woodburning stove. Outside is off road and roadside parking for three cars and an enclosed rear lawn with a decking area and furniture. Whatever you decide to do Brookside is a great place to enjoy at any time of the year.

Electric oven, induction hob, fridge, 2 x fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate. Off road parking for 1 car and 2 cars on roadside outside the cottage. Enclosed rear lawned garden with decking area and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.6 miles.

Town: The village of Clapham is in the heart of the "Three Peaks". Surrounded by limestone, the Nature Trail at Clapham passes by a lake and woodland before reaching Ingleborough Show Cave - good whatever the weather! Follow the footpath further and wonder at Trow Gill, before continuing past Britain’s deepest pothole on the way to the summit of Ingleborough. The White Scar Caves are also worth a visit and there is a waterfall walk in Ingleton. Clapham offers a village shop, a gift shop and a bespoke wool and hand-craft shop, as well as a pub, a bar and cafes. The village is a base for walking, climbing or potholing and horse/pony trekking, as there are numerous bridle paths in the area. An excellent centre for touring the Yorkshire Dales and the Forest of Bowland, with easy access to both the Lake District and the west coast.

This cottage is located in Lancaster. Ribblehead Viaduct and Force Gill Aqueduct are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Yorkshire Dales National Park and Ingleborough National Nature Reserve. Be sure not to miss outdoor adventures like cycling and hiking.
