1B Mayflower Court is a comfortable 2 bedroom first floor apartment, centrally located on the river embankment and within easy walking distance to the town centre. It is a great base from which to explore the sights and attractions of South Devon. This apartment offers comfortable accommodation with off street parking (a rarity in Dartmouth!) at an affordable price. Please note that it is dated in décor, and priced reasonably compared to others in this block to reflect this.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, large sitting/dining room with a three and a two seater sofa, TV/DVD player, and fabulous views across the River Dart. Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Door out from the kitchen to the rear with easy access to the car park below. Main bedroom has twin beds that can be pushed together to make up a double and second twin bedroom has two single beds.
Bed Linen and towels provided. The property will be cleaned by a professional cleaning company and all beds ready for your stay.
The apartment has a playground, café, tennis courts a 2 minute walk away, and is 3 miles to Blackpool Sands. Photos include some of the places we love to go in the area!

Located in Dartmouth, this apartment is near theme parks and on the waterfront. Brixham Harbour and Brixham Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Coleton Fishacre House & Gardens and Woodlands Family Theme Park. Golden Hind and Greenway House and Garden are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and water skiing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and horse riding nearby.
