Sunny Sands apartment is located in Three Beaches House which is a beautiful Victorian house converted into 3 individually styled serviced apartments. The apartments are finished to a very high standard, and are bright, stylish, clean and modern. All are connected to free, fast broadband Wi-Fi. We provide a weekly laundry service for our bedding and towels, an apartment cleaning service, secure key lock boxes, and for our tenants’ peace of mind the front door has mobile monitored CCTV. Our rates are inclusive of all utilities, bed linen and towels and our properties are fully furnished. Guests can expect a ‘Welcome Pack’ on arrival which includes basic food provisions to get you started.

An inspirational haven for artists and innovators, Folkestone's acclaimed Creative Quarter fans out from the Old High Street, whose winding cobbles are lined with small art galleries, independent shops, and a mouthwatering choice of cafes and restaurants. Harvey Street is situated right in the heart of Folkestone, just a few minutes’ walk from The Creative Quarter, Sunny Sands beach, and the regenerated Harbour area.

Less than an hour from London and a 10-minute drive to Dover, Folkestone’s proximity to France means it is only 35 minutes to the continent thanks to the Eurotunnel Le Shuttle on the outskirts of the town. For those who enjoy walking, Folkestone is hemmed in by the greenery of the Kent Downs, where the historic Pilgrims Way hiking trail leads all the way to Canterbury.

Please note we charge a cleaning fee of £30 per stay. If you book to stay longer than 7 days we will carry out a change-over of bedding, towels and bath mats, for this service you will be charged an additional £30.
