Great access to the town centre, train station and main roads.

- Separate bedroom, with double bed (Emma mattress), wardrobe, desk, 42 inch Smart TV, Netflix.

- Kitchen with tea/ coffee, cooking facilities (mini oven, hob, microwave), fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

- Bathroom with electric shower.

The space:
The property consists of a kitchen/ utility area with a breakfast bar and seating for 2.
Adjoining the kitchen is a bedroom, with double bed, TV and furniture. There is a also desk that overlooks the garden, if you need somewhere to work.
There is a separate bathroom with electric shower.

Guest access: You will have exlcusive private use of all the rooms featured in the pictures and descriptions. The property has its own private entrance door.

Other things to note:
The property adjoins our family home, via a door which is kept locked.
We are a family with young children, so you may expect some family noise in evenings and weekends, but not usually after 8pm - we are fairly quiet :-)

We will respect our guests privacy and do not access any of the annex during your stay.

Children are accepted, but the annex is most suitable for 1 or 2 people.

This apartment is located in Sittingbourne. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Milton Creek Country Park and Kent Downs, while Sittingbourne Heritage Museum and Kent Science Park are cultural highlights. Sittingbourne and Kemsley Light Railway and Bredgar and Wormshill Light Railway are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including outlet shopping.
