Has a fully functional kitchin with cooker, fridgefreezer, washing machine, microwave, saucepans, crockery, and cutlery, with tea coffee and sugar available. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, sink & wc. Plus towels provided. You have a small hallway leading into kitchin or bathroom and a large communal garden, which you can look out onto from either of the large living room windows. You have 8 steps with a hand rail leading up to the main front door before entering a large reception area. You have free parking 20 yards along the road. It is a 5 minute walk into the historic town of Faversham where you will find the famous shepherd neame brewery offering tours. You have a large choice of shepherd neame pubs or micro pubs. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, including Mexican, Indian, Chinese Thai, and a kebab restaurant. Faversham is historic not only for its brewery but for its fishing lakes, markets, gunpowder works, and bird watching down harty ferry. If you're into your golf, there is a golf course within a 10 minute drive away called Boughton Golf Club. There is a train station in the town taking you to London or down to the coast of Margate.

Chart Gunpowder Mill and Fleur de Lis Heritage Centre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Faversham Stone Chapel and Mount Ephraim Gardens.
