Drummond Street Apartment is situated in the heart of Edinburgh’s Old Town a short walk to the Royal Mile and Princes Street and is between the Geography department and the Old College.
The apartment has been converted from a school and is on the 3rd floor. There is a lift from the car park to the apartment.
Accommodation.
On the lower floor there is a twin bedroom and a bathroom with an overhead electric shower.
The kitchen /sitting room are adjacent to the bedroom. TV, WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, electric cooker. Small table which can extend and 6 chairs.
On the mezzanine level there is a double room above the kitchen/sitting room, through which a shower room and small twin room are accessed.
This is perfect for a family or very close friends. Not ideal for 6 grown ups as not spacious and not private as it has a mezzanine floor looking over the sitting room / kitchen.
PERFECT FOR 2 OR 4 however for six on a budget it would work well.
The beds are prepared for your arrival and towels are provided.
Location
The apartment is a few minutes walk from Edinburgh University s George Square, the Festival theatre, the old and new museums, the law courts and the Royal Mile, Princes Street, Edinburgh Castle, Waverley Station and Princes Street are 10 minutes to walk. The Royal Festival Theatre is close by. The Castle and the Grassmarket are 15 minutes walk. Wonderful restaurants and coffee shops nearby . Sainsbury, Lidl, Tesco and smaller shops are round the corner.
This apartment is located in Old Town Edinburgh, a neighborhood in Edinburgh. Edinburgh Castle and Royal Mile are notable landmarks and Edinburgh Zoo is a popular area attraction. Royal Commonwealth Pool and Camera Obscura and World of Illusions are also worth visiting.
