The master bedroom has a super kingsize bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The family bathroom has a bath and shower over with a heated towel rail. Parking is to the front of the barn.
There is plenty to do in the area whether you are walking or cycling. Bike Park Wales is approximately 8 miles from the property and hosts some of the best mountain biking routes in the world. Zip world is approximtately 5 miles from the property. Afan Argoed Forestry Park is excellent for mountain biking and has been rated in the top ten in the world for mountain bike rides. The stunning Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains offer breath-taking scenery and fabulous walking, and there are several waterfalls within a 20-minute drive. For those who enjoy walking then Garwnant Visitors Centre in the Brecon Beacons is a great place to take the kids - plenty of walks to be had and a great play park. Dare Valley Park is a great place for taking in the nature and listening to the birds with 500 acres of pond dipping. If you would like to spend an afternoon shopping, then the retail park at Cyfarthfar has plenty of shops for you to peruse. If you want to leave the car behind, the city of Cardiff is easily accessible by train from Aberdare – ideal if you are going to watch the rugby or attend a concert. For those looking for water sports or a trip to the beach, Barry Island is 25 miles from the property. A trip to Mumbles and Gower will only take around 30 minutes. Whatever you decide to do this converted barn is greatly placed for all activities. Shop, pub and restaurant 1¼ miles. The property is accessed via 14 external steps
