Aberdare Park is only a few minutes’ drive, with a large lake filled with wildfowl, large Swan and Dragon Boats, a massive children’s playground, bowling green, tennis and lots of walks. Make sure you take a picnic and plenty of bread to feed the ducks, swans and squirrels.
