The property has three bedrooms, a double with en suite, which can be made up with an extra single bed if required. Another double room and a twin room. The family bathroom is spacious with separate bath and walk in shower. Outside there is a lawned garden area and paved patio, with outdoor furniture to unwind and enjoy the sea views. The property offers off road parking accommodating up to 4 cars.
The charming harbour town of Aberaeron offers independent shops, craft centres, coffee bars and award-winning restaurants which are all a short walk away. Aberaeron is becoming something of a foodie pleasure. The town is right on the Wales Coast Path and The Coastal Way. Ceredigion’s coast is also well-known for wildlife, including the famous Cardigan Bay bottlenose dolphin pods, boat trips to explore the Ceredigion Marine Heritage Coast and the town features a Seafood Festival in July. From tasting the mouth-watering honey ice cream available in Aberaeron to exploring coastal and countryside walks, even just sitting back relaxing and taking in the views.
