The property, named after the red beech trees near the property, is only a few miles from the coastal village of Aberporth with its pub, shops and two beautiful sandy beaches making this an ideal spot for family and friends. Seals and bottlenose dolphins can occasionally be seen from the shore. You can join the coastal path and walk along this breath taking coastline or head off to the historic town of Cardigan with its restored castle, array of independent shops and restaurants. If you want to venture further north, you will reach the popular coastal resort of New Quay renowned for superb water sports and boating trips to watch the wildlife or go sea fishing. For history lovers the Iron Age settlement at Castell Henllys is a short drive south and is well worth a visit. As you enter this beautiful property you will see the level of detail throughout. This restored property has a wealth of character yet finished with contemporary fittings. Upon entering through the front door you will find the entrance hallway, the perfect place to hang your coats and kick off your walking boots. To the left of the hallway you will find a lovely country kitchen which is fully equipped with electric range style oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a stable door leading to a small veranda, the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee whilst listening to the birds. To complete the ground floor, you will find a handy WC. Heading up the L shape stairs with large feature window you will find the first of the 4 bedrooms,a cosy twin bedroom with original windows, further along the corridor you will reach the family bathroom with its retro slipper bath and separate shower, this bathroom really is a little haven to relax after a busy day exploring. There is a further double bedroom and single bedroom, both tastefully decorated to enjoy a good night s rest. to complete the first floor there is a spacious master bedroom with en suite shower. The master bedroom has a wealth of character and exposed beams and benefits from its own external staircase leading to the front of the property. Heading outside to the rear of the property you will enjoy a large patio area with furniture and views across the garden below and the woodland beyond. This is the perfect space to relax and enjoy al fresco dining in the warmer months. You are free to explore the surrounding garden areas but please ensure care is taken.
