The beautiful Edwardian-era Grey Street in Grainger Town, which is home to a variety of eateries, is also less than 10 minutes walk and St James Park, the home of Newcastle United Football Club is located so close you can see if from the apartment balcony.
For guests who prefer to relax, you can unwind on our two soft leather sofas in front of the Samsung Smart TV (40 inch), complete with 20 premium channels including Discovery, National Geographic and BT Sport 1.
Netflix is also available (free of charge) and provides a wide variety of award-winning TV shows, movies, documentaries and more. There is also the full range of "ON DEMAND" channels (BBC I Player, ITV, 4 on Demand and Demand 5), so you've got plenty of TV options available.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. There is compulsory cleaning charge of £40.00 per rental periods less than 1 week, however stay 1 week or more and cleaning is free.
2. There is a supplement of £10.00 per night per guest for booking of more than two guests. We can supply a fold out bed, complete with bedding which can be set up in the lounge area.
3. There is only one parking space that comes with the apartment. If you are bringing more than one car this is fine, but there will be an extra charge.
4. Short or long stays welcome, business and corporate use, singles, couples, families welcome.
5. No stag night/hen do nor any similar parties as the apartment is located in a residential block.
Located in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, this apartment is in the city center. Life Science Centre and Newcastle-upon-Tyne Discovery Museum are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Chinatown and Bigg Market. Great North Museum-Hancock and Seven Stories are also worth visiting.
