Located on one of the best beaches in Northumberland, this welcoming apartment offers you a comfortable base to explore not only the nearby historic town of Berwick, England s border town on the River Tweed, with beaches, boat trips, restaurants, shopping and golf, but also a huge variety of beaches, castles and fishing villages like Burnmouth, Craster, Eyemouth, St. Abbs, Bamburgh, Seahouses and Beadnell. Head to the Holy Island of Lindisfarne, visible in the distance from the windows for a cultural day out and bring back some of the local mead to try. Take a boat trip to the Farne Islands to see the seals and the puffins from April to late July and enjoy the attractions at nearby Ford and Etal. From the front door, head upstairs to the open plan lounge/diner with a large picture window drawing your gaze to the stunning sea view across the promenade towards Holy Island. Unwind with a drink after a day on the beach and relax on the comfortable sofa and two easy chairs to watch Smart TV after dinner. There is an extending dining table for meals together and you can listen to the radio while enjoying breakfast. The bright and airy kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, a fridge with an ice compartment, microwave and dishwasher. Pass along the hallway to the two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a super king size zip and link bed (which can be made up as a twin on request) with a fabulous sea view from the large window. The second bedroom has a double bed with storage. The shower room has a step up into the large shower and WC. Outside, there is a patio table and chairs at the front where you can sit with a drink and enjoy the sea views. Allocated parking for one car is off road in front of the garage and there is additional free parking available on the street and in the nearby car park. Secure bike storage is available in the garage.
