From here, boat trips leave for nearby Coquet Island, which is rich in wildlife and stunning scenery. The popular market town of Alnwick is just 10 miles away and is home to an historic castle and gardens. Inside, the accommodation has been tastefully refurbished in a seaside theme. The kitchen is modern and light with new appliances and plenty of workspace for preparing delicious meals. This room is open plan to the spacious lounge/diner, which has been decorated in warm tones with plenty of home touches. At the end of a long day, curl up on the comfortable L shaped sofa, and make the most of the wood burner style heater, Freeview TV, DVD player and iPod docking station available. This property offers two light and airy bedrooms, one king size and one double, which can also be made up as a twin. Outside there is a pretty courtyard with seaside themed artwork and a table and chairs for enjoying al fresco meals in the sunshine. There is also free parking for one car outside the property with additional free parking spaces nearby.
