Springwells is a charming property resting within the centre of Dunkeld, Scotland. It comes with three bedrooms, comprising a double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, a second-floor family bedroom with double bed and two single beds and a second-floor double, together sleeping up to eight people and served by a bathroom with both a shower and bath. Completing the interior is a kitchen, a dining room with an electric fire and a first-floor sitting room with an open fire. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and use of shared grounds. Springwells promises to be a wonderful base all year around.

Town: Dunkeld is a small town, where the River Tay flows through and lots of views can be enjoyed. Just 12 miles away from Blairgowrie, the town offers plenty of things to see and do, as well as a range of amenities to enjoy. Surrounding the town is endearing forests, named the Dunkeld and Birnam, known as Perthshire Big Tree Country and are celebrated in Shakespeare’s “Scottish Play”. Other local attractions include the Black Linn waterfalls, the Loch Of The Lowes nature Reserve and the Victorian village of Birnam.

Located in Dunkeld, this cottage is on a river. Historic Scotland Stanley Mills and Pitlochry Festival Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Active Kids Adventure Park and Cateran Trail. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at McDiarmid Park or Perth Racecourse. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and cycling nearby.
