The Space:
Bamburgh 38 is a two bedroom apartment with a homely feel throughout. The open plan living and dining space is the social hub of the property with a welcoming feel.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is tucked away to the rear of the room and is fully equipped with everything you need for your self-catering break. Featuring white, high shine kitchen cabinets and white tiles, it is a modern and clean space. There is an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine and coffee maker so you can make the most of the facilities during your stay.

LIVING AREA
The living area is comfortable and cosy. There are two leather sofas so you can relax after a long day of exploring the local area. On the wall, there is a flat screen TV which has Freeview so you can keep up with your favourite shows or watch a DVD on the DVD player.

BEDROOM
You’ll enjoy your nights sleep at Bamburgh 38 as the main double bedroom features a comfy mattress along with premium bedding and linens.

The second bedroom is a perfect family setting. With a comfy double bed, as well two singles in the form of a bunk bed, this room is ideal for parties staying with children.

BATHROOM
The modern and clean bathroom boasts a bathtub with overhead shower, WC and basin.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the apartment are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

There is free parking on the premises for one car. Additional free parking can be found nearby, and full details will be sent to you before check in.

Please note that there is no lift in the block.

Bamburgh 38 is located in the County Durham town of Spennymoor. Famous for its mining heritage, you’ll find history in abundance throughout Spennymoor. Visit Durham Mining Museum and relive the past for yourself.

The Victoria Jubilee Park is a great place to stretch your legs and enjoy the tranquil grounds in and around Whitworth Hall.

You’ll also be spoilt for choice with a variety of cafes, bars and restaurants in Spennymoor town centre.

Getting Around:
Spennymoor has great bus links to surrounding areas including Bishop Auckland and Durham.

The closest rail station can be found in Durham which offers direct routes to towns and cities all across the UK.
