Situated less than 10 minutes drive to Nottingham City Centre with immediate access to local transport links including the Nottingham tram network meaning that you are only ever a short hop from the year-round events and attractions that Nottingham has to offer.
The apartment has a secure door entry system and a private allocated parking space as well as ample free parking within the development.
The living and dining area includes a large dining table, a comfortable double sofa bed and a wall-mounted 42-inch HD Smart TV. The generous modern fitted kitchen with integrated appliances that include a large fridge/freezer, oven, electric hob and washing machine.
The apartment has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The beautiful master bedroom has fitted wardrobes, a 32-inch HD Smart TV and a modern en-suite bathroom with a shower. The main bathroom is a luxurious modern space with a bath and a shower.
