Our apartment features two modern bedrooms with comfortable beds and ample storage space, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The living room is tastefully decorated with luxury sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing with friends or family. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the necessary appliances and cookware for making meals at home.

One of the best features of our apartment is its location on Kehlam Island, right on the riverfront! You'll enjoy stunning views of the river and the city skyline, as well as easy access to the many shops, restaurants, and attractions that Sheffield has to offer. The apartment is also just a short walk from the city center, making it an ideal base for exploring everything the city has to offer. Take a stroll along the picturesque canals or explore the many independent shops and galleries in the area.

In addition, the complimentary items below are provided as a convenience for when you first arrive.
Two full rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
Travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion in each bathroom

Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest.

-Parties or Events are not allowed. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of £100
and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.

-NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! £200 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the unit.

-No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund.

-No additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest/s are allowed in the unit. No visitors of any kind.

Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM.

Please note, that after the booking, you must complete the pre-check-in form in order to receive all check-in instructions and an ID/Passport is required for all adult guests.
