This lovely ground floor annex, with its own private entrance, is attached to a large, detached house in a popular area of Southbourne. The apartment, which had the lounge and bedroom area refurbished in 2023, is furnished to a good standard with a good range of equipment. It is perfect for a single person or a couple looking for accommodation with a hotel feel together with the added benefit of a good size separate kitchen. The location is a real highlight with local shops, restaurants and cafes being just a few minutes walk away as well as riverside walks. The sandy beaches in Southbourne and Hengistbury Head are also within walking distance or a very short drive away.

THE ACCOMMODATION:
This property has a bed/sitting room with a Double Bed which is placed in front of a feature wall giving a hotel feel. The fairly compact lounge area has a wall mounted FLATSCREEN SMART TV, located on another feature wall, which can conveniently be angled for viewing from the lounge or bedroom area. There is FREE WIFI available (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). The apartment has a good sized, separate fitted kitchen/diner which is well equipped including a GAS HOB - GAS OVEN - MICROWAVE - FRIDGE/FREEZER - COFFEE MACHINE (VERISMO) - WASHER/DRYER. The accommodation has a separate shower room area and a separate toilet.

OUTSIDE:
There is also a small outside courtyard area (not enclosed) with table and chairs so you can enjoy some outside space. An off road parking space is available in the driveway.

This property is situated a short walk away from Tuckton where you can find local shops including Tesco Express, cafes and riverside walks or Southbourne High Street in the other direction for shops, restaurants and amenities. The seafront is also a very short drive away for access to the promenade and miles of safe, clean sandy beaches. Southbourne is a suburb of Bournemouth, located between Boscombe and Christchurch. Although still considered an integral part of Bournemouth and its surrounding areas, Southbourne offers a more peaceful holiday environment. As a distinct seaside resort, the suburb is home to the award-winning clean and sandy beaches which stretch for miles along the coast, perfect for a day of relaxation on the beach, and a walk along the promenade.
