Very short walks to beautiful sandy Avon Beach (4 minutes), Mudeford Quay with hire watersports and the foot ferry to Hengistbury Head (5 minutes), The Jetty fine restaurant (12 minutes). The New Forest, Christchurch, Bournemouth, Lymington (with ferry to the Isle of Wight), Dorset and Hampshire, all in easy driving distance. Local buses, and Beryl Bikes hire scheme.
The flat is at a high first floor level, accessed by external stairs, and there is a narrow open internal staircase to the mezzanine floor (see photo), so it will not suit those who have difficulty climbing stairs, or small children, apologies.
Supermarkets are a short trip by car, or distance is walkable.
Sometimes you may hear traffic noise, or sounds from the shop below.

Located in Christchurch, this apartment is near the beach. New Forest National Park and Moors Valley Country Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Littledown Sports Center and Boscombe Chine Gardens Mini Golf Course. Bournemouth Adventure Wonderland and Bournemouth Pier are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
