The house has been in the family since it was built in the 60's. It has a well equipped kitchen with table and chairs. Lounge dining room with large dining table that can accommodate 8. Easy access to Seaham, Durham, Sunderland, Hartlepool and Teeside. Very comfortable, can accommodate 9 people. Additional toilet and handbasin downstairs. 2 bedrooms have king size beds, one of these having an additional single bed. The double sofa bed can comfortably sleep two people. There is a z bed avaiable for an extra guest. Small garden to rear.
This vacation home is located in Peterlee. Ryhope Engines Museum and Durham Indoor Market are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Sharpley Golf Club and Tweddle Children's Animal Farm. Funshack and Massive Attack Paintball are also worth visiting.
