Grouse Lodge is conveniently located on the banks above the beautiful Loch of Kinloch Rannoch, a small highland village set in an area of outstanding beauty, surrounded by magnificent scenery and views across the loch to the mountains of Glencoe.
This three-bedroom lodge comfortably sleeps up to 8 people, featuring zip and link beds for ease in all bedrooms which can be made into a double bed or two singles depending on your preference. There is also a pull-down double bed in the lounge area.
The master bedroom has an adjoining en-suite bathroom complete with full-size bath with overhead shower, and the two further family bathrooms feature low profile showers. The wash basins have overhanging mirrors with comfort lighting and shaver point. There is also a cloakroom with toilet and wash basin on entry to the lodge.
The lodge also features its own sauna.
The spacious lounge has wonderful open views of Loch Rannoch and beyond. Large patio doors open into a furnished conservatory area. The interior is tastefully furnished and includes a games table, leather sofa suite and soft ambient lighting. The large dining table and chairs are ideal for entertaining and comfortably seat 8. There is a TV complete with Freeview channels and a DVD player.
The kitchen comprises modern appliances including full-size oven with hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A range of crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils are provided for your convenience.
The lodge is also equipped with Wi-Fi and all bedding and towels are provided.
The lodge is split across two floors and may not be suitable for someone with mobility impairments or who would experience a challenge with stairs.


Featured as part of your experience is the partnership with the nearby Loch Rannoch Hotel and Estate.

The Loch Rannoch Hotel has a superb range of food and drink offerings, from relaxed fine-dining in the Estate Room, bistro fare in the Rannoch Larder through to a classic pub menu in the Wild Brownie Bar. For any whisky connoisseurs, their bespoke Whisky Bar has its own menu with a range of flights showcasing local Scottish whiskies.
The hotel also features the ESPA Rannoch Spa where a variety of bespoke treatments are offered including an indoor heated pool and thermal suites. Pets are welcome and are charged at £20 per pet / per week which is payable directly at the Loch Rannoch Highland Club on arrival.
Electricity usage is chargeable, and payment will be taken on departure date. Meter readings will be provided at check-in and again at check out. 
A credit card details will be taken to pre-authorise a hold for the electricity costs.

Located in Pitlochry, this cottage is on the waterfront. Temple Gallery and Pitlochry Festival Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Mains of Taymouth Golf Course and Blair Atholl Golf Club. Traveling with kids? Consider Canyoning Scotland and Bolfracks Garden. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding nearby.
