Hosting four bedrooms; three doubles with an en-suite shower room, and a double with an en-suite shower and bath, this property can sleep up to eight guests. There is a kitchen/diner, dining room with a woodburning stove, sitting room with a woodburning stove, conservatory, and utility room. To the outside, there is a enclosed garden with a lawn area, patio and seating, while off-road parking is available. Home Farm is a traditional dwelling where you can experience a wholesome Cornish stay.

Amenities: Electric heating and 2 x woodburning stove. Rayburn range cooker and stove, toaster, kettle, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer. TVs and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Multiple off road parking spaces. Garden with lawned area, patio and seating areas. Sorry no pets, and no smoking. The grey bedroom can be twin beds if requested. Cot and high chair available on request.Shop 1.3 miles. Pub 0.5 miles. Note: This property is on a working farm next to owner's property.

The footpath along the coast runs through an array of coastal landscape, cliff tops, coves and wildlife. Nearby beaches include Bossiney, Trebarwith Strand and Crackington Haven. The village of Tintagel offers historical attractions like Bodmin Moor and Daphne Du Maurier’s Jamaica Inn.

Located in Boscastle, this cottage is on a river. King Arthur's Great Halls and Tintagel Old Post Office are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Tintagel Visitors Centre and South West Coast Path Section 12 Trailhead. Pengenna Pasties and Cornish Coast Day Adventures are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and hiking/biking trails nearby.
