The house

A beautiful Georgian double fronted house nestled on the edge of the thriving village of Lynton. Accessed via a path leading up to the pretty cottage garden, once through the gate there is a good sized, private garden with patio area where you can enjoy the spectacular village and sea views.

A large central hallway leads to two separate living areas, each beautifully furnished with comfortable seating and a smart TV with all of the usual streaming services. The Marshall bluetooth speaker is perfect for music lovers and a selection of boardgames promises something to please every member of your party. At the end of the day, a roaring fire in the log burner makes a cosy comfortable space to enjoy quality time together.

Keen chefs won’t be disappointed, a beautifully refurbished kitchen contains everything needed for larger parties, including: double range oven with 6 ring hob, full sized dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer tumble dryer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Perfectly kitted out for food lovers with quality kitchen equipment, cookware, crockery, glasses and cutlery. The pantry is accessed off the kitchen and provides ample storage for food and supplies.

Eat, relax and unwind around the large rustic table in the dining room. There is a large wood burner for a cosy dinner or space for family and friends to share quality time together.

A wide central staircase leads up to the first floor where there are three double bedrooms, all with fabulous views, a large family bathroom, separate toilet and an office/dressing room.

Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, bespoke hanging rail and access to an adjacent dressing room with storage and built-in wardrobes.

Bedroom 2 has a King size bed, bespoke hanging rail and chest of drawers.

Bedroom 3 has a John Lewis double sofa-bed.

The newly fitted family bathroom has 2 sinks, separate bath, shower and toilet.

Office/dressing room with unlimited high speed fibre broadband.

There is an additional separate toilet on the first floor.

The second floor has 3 further double bedrooms all with sea views

Bedroom 4 has a king size bed with a large built-in wardrobe and storage.

Bedroom 5 has two single beds, bespoke hanging rail and a bedside cabinet with drawers.

Bedroom 6 has a king size bed, hanging rail, and a chest of drawers.

Please note, due to the incline of the slope and steps leading up to the house it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

There is no parking at the house but parking is available a few minutes walk away at the local car park and longer stay permits can be purchased from the local shop.

Situated within Exmoor national park, Lynton offers visitors the perfect location for stunning walks and scenery as well as family activities such as the award winning Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway. The incredible Valley of the Rocks, Watersmeet and Hollerday Hill are just a short walk away and promise stunning views, rugged scenery and something to suit every ability of walker. Both Lynton and Lynmouth are within walking distance and have thriving restaurants, cafes and pubs as well as an eclectic mix of local shops. Local convenience stores are well stocked and can cater for most needs.

Lynton has a local recreation ground with a new children's play area, football pitch and basketball court. There is a fantastic small cinema showing new releases.

The harbour at Lynmouth has a wealth of ice cream shops and cafes. Welcoming dogs all year round the beach is perfect for a family day out rock pooling, beach combing and BBQs on the beach. Lynmouth hosts a number of lively events throughout the summer from The Maritime Festival to the Lyn Valley Classic car show.

Beautiful beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde, Saunton Sands are just over a 30 minute drive away.





Located in Lynton, this vacation home is in a rural area and on the waterfront. Wringcliff Beach and Exmoor National Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Lynton and Lymouth Cliff Railway and Valley of the Rocks. Exmoor Zoo and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park are also worth visiting.
