This first floor elegant apartment overlooking the sea with a narrow front balcony allowing guests to breakfast outside. You will feel pampered in this apartment which has recently been refreshed with many new items of high quality furniture and fittings. Gaze out to sea and watch the world go by.
The space
This traditional seafront Victorian building gives you access to your own spacious apartment which allows you independence and privacy to enjoy your time in Eastbourne
Guest access
Everything you might want is within walking distance of this ideally located apartment. There is free on road parking outside the apartments but competition for space is a challenge during busy holiday periods. There is free parking in neighbouring roads and paid parking on the seafront (which becomes free from 6 pm to 8 am.). The Eastbourne train station is a 15 minute walk and there are lots of tourist and ordinary buses which will take you to nearby places of interest and further afield destinations.
Other things to note
Based on recent feedback we have installed a new WiFi mesh system that has taken the average WiFi speed from 2 Mb/s to 60 Mb/s in the apartment.

Eastbourne hosts two well televised annual events. The women’s tennis in June and the Airbourne show in August so book early if you would like to experience these events

This apartment is located in Eastbourne City Centre, a neighborhood in Eastbourne. Redoubt Fortress and Military Museum and Eastbourne Bandstand are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Treasure Island and Fort Fun. Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway Adventure Park and The English Wine Centre are also worth visiting.
