The “ Celebration Apartment” . This first floor luxury apartment overlooks the sea and has a narrow front balcony allowing guests to breakfast outside. You will feel pampered in this apartment which is ideal if you feel you deserve it or if you have a special occasion! The apartment has recently been refreshed with many new items of high quality furniture and fittings. Gaze out to sea and watch the world go by.
The space
As you enter the apartment there is a lobby for hanging up coats and dropping shopping bags ! To one side of the lobby is a spacious bathroom and to the other is a well equipped kitchen and a 27ft lounge/ bedroom area. There is a king size bed positioned so you can see through the two large glazed doors to the sea beyond. The lounge area has an elegant table and chairs, also a sofa day bed which turns into two full size single beds. If you cannot resist your lap top, there is a small desk.
Guest access
The apartment is seafront. There is free on street parking outside the apartments and in neighbouring roads but there is competition for space especially during busy holiday periods. In addition there is pay parking on the seafront itself which becomes free from 6 pm to 8 am. You can walk to most attractions and facilities from this ideally located apartment. The town centre with main line train station is a 15 minute walk within the town centre itself and even closer are public and tourist buses.
Other things to note
Based on recent feedback we have installed a new WiFi mesh system that has taken the average WiFi speed from 2 Mb/s to 60 Mb/s in the apartment.
Eastbourne hosts two much televised annual events. The women’s tennis competition in June and the Airbourne show in August. If you want to stay during these periods you are advised to book early.
This apartment is located in Eastbourne City Centre, a neighborhood in Eastbourne. Redoubt Fortress and Military Museum and Eastbourne Bandstand are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Eastbourne Pier and Devonshire Park Lawn Tennis Club. Treasure Island and Fort Fun are also worth visiting.
