Situated in Milngavie, one of Glasgow's best, quiet areas, this well maintained 5 bed bungalow is very convenient for public transport for attendees of COP26.

3 bedrooms are doubles, one en-suite with large jacuzzi style corner bath, with overhead shower, as well as a small dressing room area.

2 of the bedrooms are single, one of them having an en-suite bathroom, with shower over bath,

There is also a downstairs family toilet with shower.

The living/dining room is approx 10mx4m. It has a dining table which easily seats 8, with the living room containing 3 and 2 seater leather Ekornes reclining settees. It also contains a 65inch Panasonic smart tv. There is a further room off the living area which could easily be used as a spacious office. Double doors from here lead to the large garden (which contains a double patio).The ground floor has wooden flooring, carpets upstairs.

The kitchen has all the usual appliances including dishwasher, with granite worktops. There is also a table which seats 4. Also double doors which lead to the well tended garden. Externally attractive, the house has a driveway for 2 vehicles, with additional free on road parking. Regular trains from the village centre take approx 23mins to Exhibition Centre.

This vacation home is located in Glasgow. Cottiers Theatre and Auchentoshan Distillery are local landmarks, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Sauchiehall Street and Chinatown. Traveling with kids? Consider Tall Ship at Riverside and Glasgow Science Centre. Discover the area's water adventures with motor boating and sailing nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with hiking/biking trails and horse riding.
