The Property. Stunning large garden villa in a beautiful area, with 6 bedrooms (4 quadruple/family rooms, a double & twin bedrooms) and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodates up to 24 overnight guests with provides ample space for up to 50 daytime party guests. All rooms and lounges are spacious enough for flexibility in arranging accommodation (incl. extra folding beds). Bedding and towels are provided for all guests, with mid-week changes of bath linen during longer stays. Ideal for 'Staycations', 'Homecomings', family gatherings, wedding party get-togethers, milestone celebration occasions, friends reunions, memorials or family member send-offs.

Amenities include full central heating throughout, instant hot water, double glazing, real log/coal fire (making evenings more cosy), good quality beds, 60" Smart TV (including DVD & Freeview), range double-oven cooker and hob, extraction hood, grill, combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. High speed WIFI internet access complements the office/home-working area upstairs. The high-walled ultra-private mature garden features a 7-person hot tub, 14’ trampoline, children's treehouse and gas BBQ (small extra charge) providing a wide area for exercising, outdoor games or running around, perhaps whilst meals are being prepared on the BBQ. Garden games are available and other entertainment such as board games can be laid on in case of less favourable weather. {For the avoidance of doubt, there is a 7-person heated tub pool - NOT a swimming pool - for the private use of guests, and its usage will be subject to specific safety rules.}
