The first floor is complete with a shower room, whilst the ground floor is home to an additional shower room and a snug featuring seating. On the first floor there is a kitchen and a sitting/dining room leading out to an enclosed balcony. Outside on the ground floor, there is an enclosed garden and parking for two cars. The Beach House offers a fantastic base from which to explore the Flyde Coast.
